Job summary

PowerRise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful execution of complex electric utility projects. This role collaborates with clients, mentors multidisciplinary project teams, and diligently oversees budgets and schedules to deliver on time, within budget, and to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience leading electric utility capital projects.
• PMI PMP certification or Agile basics is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera P6 and standard office tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for electric utility projects.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams effectively.
• Oversee all project phases from initiation to closeout, aligned with client objectives and standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; communicate with clients and stakeholders.
