Job summary

Novogradac & Company is seeking a Product Manager for Audit & Tax Systems to own the end-to-end lifecycle of engagement, workflow, and document platforms. You will translate practice needs into a clear system vision, develop roadmaps, and drive adoption while coordinating with partners, IT, and legal to ensure compliance and long-term health.

The role supports multiple U.S. locations, with remote or hybrid options; compensation reflects experience and markets for professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, AIS, Info Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in an audit or tax practice and/or product management, business analysis, systems enablement, or application ownership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product manager for assigned audit and tax platforms (e.g., Caseware, CCH Axcess, engagement & workflow tools, document automation).
• Develop and maintain system roadmaps, backlogs, and enhancement plans across the audit and tax technology stack.
• Balance competing priorities, dependencies, and constraints across engagement teams, quality control, and firm leadership.
• Plan system lifecycle stages including upgrades, optimization, consolidation, and replacement of legacy tools.
