Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a Tax Manager to join our growing firm. The Tax Manager will oversee tax assignments, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships while contributing to profitability. Some remote or hybrid work options may be available depending on business needs.

The role requires a CPA, 3–7+ years in public accounting, and demonstrated leadership capabilities to manage engagements and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA license required.
• Public accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff and manage engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from planning to completion with minimal supervision.
• Oversee engagement reviews and staff performance discussions.
• Mentor staff including Senior Accountants and Supervisors.
• Identify new client opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Represent the firm at industry events and enhance brand value.
