Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategy Lead within the Play and Developer Ecosystem strategy team to guide leadership on strategic decisions affecting Play and Android. You will focus on Apps vertical and Payments platform, translating insights into actionable strategy projects and driving them with cross-functional teams.

You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, deliver strategic recommendations, and help refine products and infrastructure for scale while aligning with business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges and opportunities in problem domains relevant to Play and the Developer Ecosystem.
• Scope and define a project’s problem statement, establish actionable frameworks, and develop data based solutions that help leadership understand business and strategic trade offs and ROI outcomes.
• Provide data-driven insights that support decision making and help define, land and execute on our key strategic priorities for the Play and Developer Ecosystem organization.
• Structure and perform analyses independently and in collaboration with other team members and cross‑functional teams, and conduct research to uncover critical insights that will lead to business recommendations.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships that earn the right to be their trusted advisors, and communicate strategic challenges, opportunities and recommendations to those stakeholders in a clear manner.
