Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company seeks a Senior Plant Finance Manager in Grenada, MS to lead financial planning and analysis for the plant and partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to drive profitability and financial integrity in a complex manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong cost accounting, forecasting, and ERP expertise (SAP/HFM) with US GAAP knowledge. Travel up to 10% and in‑office presence 4 days weekly are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant financial experience.
• At least 5 years in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Strong skills in forecasting and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning for the plant.
• Analyze results and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Oversee standard financial & KPI reporting, including the MBR package.
• Drive cost accounting and margin analysis for products.
• Improve cash flow and working capital through cross-functional collaboration.
