Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Grenada, MS seeks a Finance Director to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Americas Data Centers product vertical. You will partner with the General Manager and operations leadership to drive profitability and GAAP-compliant controls in a complex manufacturing setting.

This hands-on leader will manage budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, pricing, and capital projects, with up to 50% travel to Grenada, MS and Calgary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• MBA or professional certifications (CPA/CMA) a plus.
• 10+ years of financial experience in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance business partner to leadership for strategic decisions.
• Oversee P&L and balance sheet forecast for the product vertical.
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning functions.
• Deliver actionable insights and variance analyses to leadership.
• Coordinate standardized financial & KPI reporting (MBR, dashboards).
• Drive cost optimization, pricing, and capital spending initiatives.
