Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance and oversight for plant assets.
• Develop and monitor processes to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for the plant.
• Prepare financial reports and coordinate periodic inventories.
• Analyze cost, productivity and spend variances to improve profitability.
• Manage fixed asset reconciliation and capital project tracking.
