Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Cost Controlling or plant finance.
• Advanced English communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of the plant's cost accounting structure and production cost calculations.
• Monitor cost performance indicators, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage costing parameters including nomenclatures, standards, and production rates.
• Calculate and maintain plant hourly rates and cost allocation methods.
• Analyze product cost, margins, and profitability; identify improvement opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to standard costs and inventory control processes.
