Clarios is seeking a Plant Controller in the United States (South Carolina) to provide strategic financial guidance for plant operations. You will oversee assets, create controls, and deliver analysis to support management decisions, with a focus on cost reduction and ROI improvement.

The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with SAP/OneStream; preferred Master’s degree. Travel to facilities across the US may be limited.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.

Mansioni

• Perform audits to ensure security of plant assets.
• Develop and monitor processes to ensure data integrity in financial systems.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost projections; monitor variances.
