Job summary

IAC Group is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the facility's accounting and finance activities. The role supports GAAP-compliant financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Collaboration with cross‑functional teams across the enterprise is essential to maintain controls and drive continuous improvement. The successful candidate will manage month-end closes, prepare statutory statements, and partner with operations to ensure accurate production cost capture and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting or finance.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with solid cost accounting background.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and perform variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger and month-end close processes.
• Own income statement and balance sheet for the facility.
• Prepare budget, forecasts and 13-week cash forecast.
• Analyze production costs and variances with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and effective internal controls.
