Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Plant Controller to provide strategic financial guidance and oversee plant assets. You will develop controls, budgets, forecasts, and analyses to support operational decisions and drive profitability.

Responsibilities include asset reconciliation, inventory controls, and capital project tracking, with travel across US facilities as needed. Strong Excel/PowerPoint, SAP and OneStream experience are valued.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting/Finance or BBA Accounting/Finance.
• At least 4 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and OneStream are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance and oversight to safeguard plant assets and support operational decisions.
• Develop and monitor processes and controls, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the plant.
• Analyze costs, productivity, and spending to identify variance and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate fixed asset accounting, inventories, and capital project tracking.
• Assist in capital project justifications and capitalization timing.
• Collaborate with plant management and IT systems personnel to ensure data integrity.
