Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting is seeking a Project Planning & Scheduling Lead to develop and maintain schedules for capital projects in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with project leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure baselines, milestones, and deliverables are met.

The role involves creating dashboards and reports using Primavera P6, MS Project, or Smartsheet, identifying delays, and coordinating information across internal and external stakeholders through project

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining schedules for capital projects.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Ability to collaborate with project leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated schedules for multiple capital projects.
• Monitor progress, update forecasts, and deliver routine schedule reports.
• Collaborate with project leadership to establish baselines, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Create dashboards and tracking tools for project performance visibility.
• Identify delays, communicate schedule impacts, and help develop corrective-action plans.
• Coordinate scheduling information across internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor critical activities and milestones through project completion.
• Contribute to project closeout reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Provide additional planning and project-controls support as needed.
