Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting is hiring a Project Planning & Scheduling Lead for a client delivering complex industrial and manufacturing projects. You will develop and maintain schedules for capital programs while partnering with project leadership and cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has proven experience supporting industrial capital projects and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will create dashboards, track progress, manage baselines and milestones, and use Primavera P6, MS

Qualifications

Experience supporting industrial capital projects.
Ability to develop and maintain schedules for capital projects.
Familiarity with dashboards and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage integrated schedules for multiple capital projects.
Monitor progress, update forecasts, and deliver routine schedule reports.
Collaborate with project leadership to establish baselines, milestones, and key deliverables.
Create dashboards and tracking tools that provide visibility into project performance.
Use Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or comparable scheduling software.
Identify potential delays, communicate schedule impacts, and help develop corrective-action plans.
Coordinate scheduling information across internal teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor critical activities and milestones through project completion.
Contribute to project closeout reviews and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Provide additional planning and project-controls support as needed.
