Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Scheduling Lead in Bellevue, WA to build and manage detailed project schedules using critical path methods. You will define WBS ownership, align schedules with execution plans, and lead a team to deliver high-quality outcomes for complex projects.

The role requires QRA experience on mission-critical projects, a detail-oriented mindset, and a degree related to project management or construction. Primavera P6 expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience on life sciences or mission critical projects.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction related discipline.
• Experience using Primavera P6 software.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines using critical path methodology.
• Define clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes via WBS methodology.
• Ensure schedules align with project execution plans and procurement/controls documents.
• Establish baselines and manage periodic updates of schedules.
• Manage the fully integrated project schedule and present reviews at multiple levels.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies with key partners for strong client outcomes.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates through analysis and reporting.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning and Pull Planning sessions.
• Attend Risk Analysis workshops and support the QRA process.
• Resource load schedules as required by the project team.
• Prepare scheduling best practices and procedures.
• Review external schedules for scheduling best practices.
• Lead the team to deliver high quality and client value through mentorship and leadership.
