Job summary

Environmental And Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to independently develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with project objectives and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams; analyzing critical path, floats, and variances; and preparing lookahead schedules and weekly/monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (or international equivalent).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Industry experience in Data Center, Semi-Conductor Fab, and Technology preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office; understanding of EPC project phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
• Lead coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to align schedules with milestones.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule.
• Monitor schedule performance, look for trends and deviations from baselines.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float, and variance evaluations.
