Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of project scheduling experience on industrial/mining/major capital projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines, progress tracking, updates, and reporting.
• Review contractor schedule submissions for compliance with project requirements.
• Perform schedule quality assessments and critical path evaluations.
• Provide independent schedule assurance and recovery planning.
• Identify risks, logic issues, and impacts to milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams.
• Support site visits for schedule validation and progress assessment.
• Prepare analyses, metrics, and presentations for leadership.
