Ellaway Blues Consulting is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and material planning for complex construction projects. You will build procurement strategies from preconstruction through delivery, ensuring critical materials, equipment, vendors, and PO's support cost, schedule, and field execution.

Candidates should have experience in construction procurement, vendor management, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in construction procurement and vendor management.
• Knowledge of long‑lead equipment and materials and their impact on schedules.
• Ability to assess pricing, lead times, and terms.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting electrical construction projects is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop procurement plans aligned with project phases and delivery requirements.
• Source and evaluate vendors for materials, equipment, and services.
• Identify long‑lead items early and set required order dates.
• Manage material submittals with engineering and vendors to avoid delays.
• Coordinate owner and contractor furnished material needs and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders once approvals and funding are in place.
• Monitor supplier performance and flag issues before they impact the project.
• Provide procurement updates to leadership on material status and risks.
