Job summary

RTX's Advanced Products Center (APC) in McKinney, TX seeks an Associate Director of Planning and Production Control to lead the APC Planning and Production Control team, shaping talent, strategy, and execution across MRP and MES systems.

You will own material availability, production schedules, and contractual requirements, interfacing with senior management to align objectives and deliver on-time performance in a matrixed environment. This is an onsite role in McKinney, TX.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 10 years in related fields.
• Experience in planning, production control, manufacturing, operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead APC Planning and Production Control team including Demand, Supply, and Sell-Off/Shipment across programs.
• Set strategic direction and plan to execute on short- to medium-term goals.
• Own workforce planning, staffing, and staffing budgets; drive improvements in MRP performance and on-time delivery.
