Job summary

RTX in TEWKSBURY, MA is seeking a Senior Planning and Production Control Specialist to manage material planning and control across high mix/low volume programs. This onsite role ensures timely delivery aligned with contract schedules and coordinates the entire supply chain from proposal through contract closure.

The position requires a university degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with MRP systems, SAP, and PRISM. Military or aerospace experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Material analysis experience in an MRP system or similar.
• Experience with SAP and PRISM or related tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, issue, and control production material per schedules.
• Coordinate program requirements to ensure material flow to meet contracts.
• Provide production control leadership through all program life-cycle phases.
• Plan inventory, kitting, and capacity for all products.
• Analyze material supply and demand using MRP tools.
• Generate purchase requisitions and place purchase orders.
