You will oversee production and development hardware, drive continuous improvement, and partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to deliver world-class products.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in a factory setting with production/engineering teams.
• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods.
• U.S. Citizen eligible for DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory operations to meet output, quality, and schedule goals.
• Develop and mentor Value Stream Managers and team leads to build a high-performing organization.
• Drive Lean and CORE manufacturing initiatives to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Create long-term factory strategies aligned with program needs and senior leadership.
• Manage schedules, capacity, and costs to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery.
• Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and program leadership to resolve issues and integrate new products.
