The role reports to the Integrated Supply Chain Director and the Business Process Lead - Production Planning, and requires strong vendor management, ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to balance costs with on-time delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business.
• 5-7 years procurement/production planning experience.
• Working knowledge of automated inventory control and MRP systems such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of personal computer applications preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate, issue, and manage purchase orders and ensure materials are available for production.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors for reliable supply chain.
• Assess and mitigate risk; monitor inventory to prevent stockouts and avoid overstocking.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Monitor open orders and expedite/reschedule deliveries as needed.
• Collaborate with quality, finance and production teams.
• Support cost savings initiatives and supplier cost analyses.
• Assist in new product development programs.
