Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Systems & Processes to lead the global strategy and execution for planning systems across DPS. The role drives the transition to a unified APS and ERP, partnering with Planning, Finance, IT, and regional leaders to ensure data standards, governance, and continuous improvement.

A strong leader will guide a large, matrixed team and align investments with business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 15+ years in complex global supply chain, planning, digital, or transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise APS and ERP programs and separation.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end planning processes and data governance.
• Ability to govern large portfolios, partnerships, and budgets.
• Strong executive communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year global strategy, architecture, and investment roadmap.
• Lead selection and adoption of a single enterprise APS and ERP integration.
• Partner to align planning requirements and transition to one ERP.
• Provide governance for Company Separation across planning systems.
• Establish global process ownership and standardized planning processes.
• Chair cross-functional design forums across multiple functions.
• Own the transformation portfolio including benefits, risks, and milestones.
• Define data, integration strategy, and single source of truth for planning.
