Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics to drive governance for planning parameters across the enterprise. The role is based across multiple sites including Raritan, NJ; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Warsaw, IN; and Cork, Ireland, with postings aligned to local country requirements.

You will build KPI frameworks, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights to improve forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels and master data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.
• Solid experience with ERP systems, including SAP and/or JD Edwards (JDE).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain governance for planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, sourcing rules).
• Develop KPI frameworks to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and data quality.
• Analyze datasets and deliver insights to improve supply chain and planning performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and business partners.
• Collaborate with Planning Directors to implement BI tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Lead master data management initiatives and ensure data accuracy and standardization.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to support ERP enhancements and system integrations.
