Johnson & Johnson, a leader in health innovation, seeks a Senior Director, Planning Systems & Processes to define and execute the global strategy for Planning Systems across the DPS organization. You will lead cross-functional teams in designing a unified APS and transitioning to a single ERP-enabled planning model, ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 15+ years in global supply chain, planning, digital, tech, or transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise APS and ERP transformations.
• Strong knowledge of demand, supply, inventory, and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year global strategy for Planning Systems & Processes.
• Lead design, implementation and adoption of a single enterprise APS.
• Partner with ERP leadership for a unified ERP transition.
• Provide executive governance for Company Separation and deployment.
• Define data ownership, standards, and integration for planning.
• Drive analytics, automation, and AI use cases in planning.
• Build and lead a global team of process and product owners.
