Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director for Planning Systems & Processes to lead global strategy, governance, and transformation across DPS planning. You will align cross-functional teams in Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, IT, and Quality to establish standardized end-to-end processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role drives advanced analytics, AI-enabled decision support, and autonomous planning as a long-term goal, reporting to the VP of Supply Chain Planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain and transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise APS and ERP transformation and data governance.
• Strong knowledge of demand, supply, inventory and planning processes.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the multi-year global strategy and investment roadmap.
• Lead design and adoption of a single enterprise APS and ERP.
• Partner with ERP leadership to define planning requirements.
• Own readiness criteria, risk, contingency planning.
• Build global organization of process and product owners.
• Drive data strategy and governance for planning.
