Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, FP&A, consulting, or a comparable analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Track milestones and ensure end-to-end execution across cross-functional teams.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning to anticipate future needs.
• Build scalable reporting and dashboards for executive reviews and decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Recruiting, TPM, Data Management to align inputs and resolve priorities.
• Proactively identify gaps in planning processes and drive resolution end-to-end.
