Job summary

JSSI in Chicago is seeking a senior Maintenance Operations leader to optimize spend and coordinate parts planning across airframe and engine programs. You will own cost avoidance efforts and drive proactive vendor negotiations to reduce costs while improving service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical skills and financial modeling experience are essential.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Excellent communication and executive presence for CSL stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost savings identification and management across airframe and engine events.
• Provide analytical support for engine and airframe maintenance decisions.
• Own vendor relationships and administer agreements with performance monitoring.
• Act as liaison with JPE to maximize procurement and reporting spend.
• Oversee rental planning and mid/long-term engine requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of maintenance forecasts and data reporting.
• Support growth planning and workforce strategy with KPIs and scorecards.
