Job summary

Exclusive Jets in Kinston, NC seeks an experienced supply chain leader to develop and execute the end-to-end strategy for MRO parts, tooling, and services. You will oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier performance, aligning with FAA and Part 145 requirements.

You will mentor procurement, logistics, and planning teams, drive cost optimization, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Maintenance, Paint, Interiors, and Avionics to ensure on-time aircraft support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or inventory management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities.
• Experience in an MRO environment is preferred; knowledge of FAA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage procurement, logistics, and inventory teams to create accountability.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with OEMs, PMA suppliers, brokers, and service providers.
• Forecast parts and materials based on maintenance schedules and input.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure FAA storage compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and quarterly reviews (QBRs).
• Ensure on-time delivery and optimize logistics routes to reduce lead time and cost.
• Lead audits and maintain traceability for aircraft parts.
