Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks an Associate Director of Aesthetics AI Strategy to lead the US AI roadmap, partner with business units, and drive impactful AI initiatives aligned with patient outcomes and business priorities.

You will shape AI strategy, manage priority pilots, and ensure governance and data readiness across the organization, leveraging ML/Generative AI expertise.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field or commensurate AI/ML experience.
• Experience shaping AI strategy for life sciences, CPG/luxury beauty, or tech.
• Knowledge of emerging AI/ML technologies and enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the US Aesthetics AI strategy aligned with AbbVie goals.
• Lead high-priority AI pilots and scale learnings to BU initiatives.
• Apply expertise in ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to innovative solutions.
• Develop governance and cross-functional collaboration across units.
• Provide leadership on responsible AI and data readiness initiatives.
