Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Communications to deliver key tasks for organizational effectiveness, including budget management and performance reviews.
• Prepare presentations and speeches for the direct leader, including board meetings and external groups; ensure readiness for meetings.
• Represent the senior leader on strategic initiatives when the leader is unavailable.
• Monitor progress of operational and strategic objectives.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives related to business transformation or SOX.
