Job summary

TransGrid Energy is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy - Project to serve as the dedicated partner for one BU (IPP, Data Center Infrastructure, or VPP). You will own the business plan, KPI tracking, and performance reporting, working closely with the Project Part Lead to elevate risks and support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years in corporate strategy, FP&A, or related roles in energy or capital-intensive industries.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI/dashboard experience.
• Experience delivering executive presentations and management reports.
• Embedded BU partner capable of aligning with corporate strategy perspectives.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Corporate Strategy point of contact for an assigned BU.
• Own the BU's annual business plan, budget-to-actual tracking, and KPI dashboard.
• Prepare analyses and materials for Review & Challenge with CEO/Corporate Planning.
• Track milestones, COD timelines, and investment gates; escalate risks.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting packages for leadership.
