BayCare Health System in Clearwater seeks a Strategic Planning Manager to act as an internal consultant across ambulatory, inpatient and post-acute services. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects and drive strategic initiatives with senior leadership.

You will analyze market trends, support business development opportunities, and help evaluate potential joint ventures or acquisitions, all while mentoring team members in a dynamic health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, business, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is highly valued for strategic leadership roles.
• 7+ years in strategic planning across multi-hospital or integrated systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior management in designing and implementing strategic planning projects across service lines and hospitals.
• Analyze market, population, and business intelligence data to drive decisions.
• Support studies for joint ventures, acquisitions, and facility demand analysis.
• Monitor State regulatory activities and support community health needs assessments.
• Mentor and develop team members within the strategic planning group.
• Demonstrate strong facilitation and analytical skills in communications.
