Job summary

BayCare in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Senior Clinical Risk Manager to supervise Clinical Risk Management Supervisors, provide education, and support risk managers across our network. You will lead risk programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance patient safety initiatives while guiding on-site support as needed.

This full-time, exempt role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a collaborative approach to reduce harm and promote a culture of safety within a large healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• RN license required.
• CPHRM required within two years of hire.
• 7 years risk management experience required.
• 10 years nursing experience preferred.
• 10 years legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and provides support, education, and oversight for Clinical Risk Management Supervisors, and provides support for Clinical Risk Managers.
• Provides leadership and oversight for clinical risk management activities, ensuring consistent implementation of risk management programs, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives throughout the organization, providing on-site support as needed.
