Job summary
BayCare Health System is seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to act as an internal consultant guiding planning across ambulatory, inpatient, home health and affiliated hospitals. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects, synthesize market data, and advise on growth opportunities within a large health network.
The role requires strong facilitation, analytical abilities, and experience in healthcare strategic planning across multiple facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning within a Multihospital or Integrated Healthcare Delivery System; OR
- Master’s degree AND 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning within a Multihospital or Integrated Healthcare Delivery System
- Preferred - 7 years Strategic Planning Multihospital/Integrated Healthcare Delivery System
Responsibilities
- Lead senior management in designing and implementing project plans for strategic initiatives across the care continuum.
- Analyze market and population data to drive strategic decisions.
- Support analyses of business development opportunities and geographic footprint studies.
- Assist in evaluating joint ventures, acquisitions, and physician community analyses.
- Monitor regulatory activities and support community health needs assessments.
- Mentor and supervise team members as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent facilitation and analytical skills.
