Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Manager to lead daily and long-range build plans for our high-volume production facility. You will collaborate across Warehouse, Program Management, Sales, Manufacturing Operations, and the executive team to resolve issues and keep schedules on track.

You will track metrics such as on-time delivery and forecast accuracy, develop tools for KPI reporting, and drive capacity planning and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years technical school preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a production environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily and longer-term build plans for large volume production facility.
• Work with multiple departments: Warehouse/Logistics, Program Management, Sales, Manufacturing Operations, and Executives.
• Track key metrics (on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy) and prepare reports for management and customers.
• Oversee planner and procurement activities to ensure materials and capacity align with the schedule.
• Identify changes to improve production output, efficiency, and capacity.
