Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant planning, strategy, finance, operations, or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning process including demand planning and scheduling.
• Develop forecasts, capacity models, and scenario analyses to support decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and other functions to align plans.
• Establish planning methodologies, processes, and performance metrics.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and drive accountability.
