Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented supply chain professional to manage materials, production planning and purchasing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will own demand/supply planning, inventory levels and KPI tracking for a dedicated account.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in materials management, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative, multi-project mindset to drive continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in materials management, production planning, material scheduling, or purchasing in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IFERROR, and data validation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site demand and supply, supporting site capacity and utilization.
• Manages site level networking / compute supply chain for dedicated account.
• Manage supply supportability based on capacity and site utilization.
• Manage site Clear to Build (CTB) process, resolving shortages with warehouse/manufacturing.
• Own site level inventory and maintain target levels.
• Identify excess and obsolete inventory and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and address opportunities/risks affecting targets.
• Coordinate with HUBs on delivery and execution of material.
• Manage site supply/demand review and communication.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and forwarders.
• Implement IT tools to support demand and material planning.
