Job summary
TransUnion seeks a Sr Advisor, Strategic Planning within the US Solutions team to drive multi‑year plans and executive updates. This hybrid role partners with leaders across Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align priorities and accelerate execution.
You will develop executive communications, coordinate governance, and track KPI performance, supporting informed decision‑making and organizational effectiveness in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in business strategy, management consulting, operations, or related leadership roles.
- Experience developing executive-facing presentations, reviews, and strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations and drive alignment.
- Strong project management, organizational leadership, and planning capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop executive communications, leadership updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate leadership rhythms, governance processes, and cross‑functional reviews.
- Collaborate across Product, Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
- Lead multi‑year business plans, priorities, and KPI tracking.
- Drive performance reporting, portfolio visibility, and data‑driven decisions.
- Support change management and leadership engagement initiatives.
