Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking an Advisor, Solutions Consulting to lead onboarding and ongoing management of Trusted Call Solutions for Enterprise and Telecom customers. This role reports to the Senior Director in the Solutions Consulting division and is hybrid, requiring in-person work at the TU office location for a minimum of two days per week.

You will partner with product, sales, operations, and engineering to deliver successful deployments, translate business requirements into technical use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or education.
• 5+ years in account management or project management roles.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions or data flows.
• Knowledge of Telecom, Communications, or SaaS industries preferred.
• Strong project lifecycle management and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage Neustar Trusted Call Solutions for Enterprise and Telecom customers.
• Project manage complex customer-facing initiatives from contract to launch.
• Develop and execute project plans aligning timelines and resources for deployments.
• Translate business requirements into technical use cases and data flows.
• Provide onboarding training and operational support while communicating complex concepts.
