Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking an Advisor, Solutions Consulting to lead onboarding and ongoing success of Trusted Call Solutions for Enterprise and Telecom customers. This hybrid role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical deployments.

You will manage complex projects from contract to launch, partner with product, sales, operations, and engineering, and build strong customer relationships while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Implementation, or Project Management.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and data flows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for onboarding and managing Trusted Call Solutions for Enterprise and Telecom customers.
• Project manage complex customer-facing initiatives from contract through launch.
• Translate business requirements into technical use cases and workflows.
• Provide onboarding expertise and customer training while communicating complex concepts clearly.
• Coordinate issue resolution and escalate as needed to internal teams.
• Collaborate with product, sales, operations, and engineering to ensure project success.
