Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a VP, Compliance to lead the U.S. Compliance Advisory function within the Risk and Compliance Department. You will set strategy, align resources, and guide senior business leaders through complex regulatory requirements affecting U.S.

products, sales, and operations. You’ll collaborate across Global Solutions, Legal, and Regulatory Exam teams, build organizational capability, mentor managers, and ensure timely, risk-based decision-making while advancing compliant innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of compliance experience in a highly regulated industry.
• 7+ years leading teams, including managers.
• Deep expertise in U.S. consumer protection laws (FCRA, UDAAP, GLBA, DPPA).
• Experience with U.S. privacy laws (CCPA) and implementation planning.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and interact with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and priorities for U.S. Compliance Advisory.
• Advise senior leaders with risk-based guidance for compliant innovation.
• Oversee product development compliance from concept through lifecycle.
• Shape regulatory exam responses and manage issue remediation.
