Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Advisor, Solutions Consulting to partner with enterprise customers and internal teams to onboard and deploy Trusted Call Solutions. This hybrid role combines remote collaboration with in-person work at a TransUnion office at least two days a week.

You will translate business needs into technical use cases, manage complex customer engagements, and coordinate cross-functional resources from contract to launch, driving successful outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or project management with customer-facing duties.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and onboarding plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface for onboarding and managing Trusted Call Solutions for Enterprise and Telecom customers.
• Project-manage complex, multi-quarter customer initiatives from contract through launch.
• Translate business requirements into technical use cases, data flows, and workflows.
• Provide onboarding expertise, customer training, and operational support to diverse audiences.
