Job summary

Hexcel is seeking a Planning Manager for the Burlington, WA site. The role leads planning, scheduling, and purchasing teams to ensure on-time delivery, optimal inventory, and strong customer service.

You will drive production schedules, coordinate with the Global team, and implement effective replenishment and cycle count processes. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in planning or supply chain, with CPIM/CSCP and Lean Six Sigma credentials preferred, and strong ERP/MRP/MES and Excel/SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPIM/CSCP APICS certifications or Lean Six Sigma training preferred.
• 4+ years of planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP/MES systems and Microsoft Office; D365, Apriso, Excel, and SQL skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling and purchasing teams to deliver efficient supply chain solutions.
• Develop detailed production schedules and manage 0–24 month supply plans.
• Facilitate S&OP processes and optimize inventory and lead times across the site.
• Collaborate with regional purchasing and supply chain leaders to ensure KPI targets are met.
