Job summary

HexArmor in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Demand and Inventory Planner to own the forecast and inventory strategy for a dedicated portfolio of SKUs. You will balance service levels with turns using Excel, SAP Business One, Tableau, and Blue Ridge to optimize fulfillment and reduce delays.

You will collaborate with Category Management, Product Management, Logistics Specialists, and Warehouse teams daily to translate data into actionable plans and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2-5 years of supply chain, purchasing, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand forecast for assigned SKUs to drive the monthly buy plan.
• Coordinate PO placement and on-time deliveries with suppliers.
• Develop and present Excel-based reports for purchasing and finance reviews.
• Work daily with SAP & Blue Ridge MRP for inventory management.
• Collaborate with sales, category managers, and distribution to build scenario plans.
