Ideal candidates are adaptable, with strong analytical and presentation skills, and prior experience in strategy or consulting. This role involves in-office collaboration, travel up to 5-10%, and cross-functional teamwork

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree.
• 3+ years in strategy, strategic planning, or related role in a large corporate setting or top-tier consulting firm.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Outstanding collaboration, teamwork, and ability to learn.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Value-Added Services strategic planning process and align with company objectives.
• Assist multi-year strategy development and assessments of opportunities and threats.
• Structure and solve business problems with stakeholders to inform recommendations.
• Communicate recommendations to senior management and regional teams.
• Develop thought leadership for internal meetings and external councils.
• Execute market and competitive research and connect trends to business goals.
