Visa North America Marketing is seeking a Manager, Marketing Strategy & Portfolio Planning to shape the future growth strategy. You will translate data into strategic recommendations and influence senior leadership across Consumer, B2B, and Marketing Services.
Based in Visa's San Francisco office, the role partners with Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Analytics to optimize investments and drive organizational impact while aligning with the 2030 Strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with or without advanced degree
- Experience leading strategic planning initiatives and executive-level decision support
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Strong business acumen connecting market trends to actionable recommendations
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a comprehensive view of Visa North America's Marketing portfolio and investment allocation
- Partner with leadership to evaluate portfolio performance and optimize investments
- Support annual and multi-year strategic planning with data-driven perspectives
- Develop frameworks to help leadership prioritize resources and make informed investment decisions
- Transform data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations
- Collaborate with product, strategy, analytics, and finance teams to align marketing investments with roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
- Monitor portfolio performance and drive continuous improvement in planning processes
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging tech to improve planning and decision-making
