Based in Visa's San Francisco office, the role partners with Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Analytics to optimize investments and drive organizational impact while aligning with the 2030 Strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with or without advanced degree
• Experience leading strategic planning initiatives and executive-level decision support
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Strong business acumen connecting market trends to actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a comprehensive view of Visa North America's Marketing portfolio and investment allocation
• Partner with leadership to evaluate portfolio performance and optimize investments
• Support annual and multi-year strategic planning with data-driven perspectives
• Develop frameworks to help leadership prioritize resources and make informed investment decisions
• Transform data into actionable insights and executive-ready presentations
• Collaborate with product, strategy, analytics, and finance teams to align marketing investments with roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive continuous improvement in planning processes
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging tech to improve planning and decision-making
