Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years upstream experience, including reservoir engineering in unconventional reservoirs.
• Experience with production forecasting, development planning, and corporate planning analyses.
• Proven ability to develop production forecasts and perform economic evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and enhancement of the corporate NAV and planning model, integrating technical, operational, commercial, and financial assumptions.
• Develop production forecasts for unconventional wells, development scenarios, and economic evaluations to support planning and budgeting.
• Evaluate development opportunities and strategic alternatives through economic, sensitivity, and uncertainty analyses.
• Support evaluation of capital investment decisions by comparing opportunities and identifying risks and value drivers.
• Provide technical and economic support for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other corporate evaluations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Subsurface, Asset Development, Marketing, Land, Accounting, Finance, and other stakeholders to align planning assumptions.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for Strategy Meetings, senior management, and Board materials.
• Support Investor Relations with benchmarking, market analysis, and earnings materials.
• Review forecasts with a questioning mindset and communicate findings to management.
• Develop and maintain planning databases, tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions using data analytics and automation.
• Support development of planning standards, methodologies, governance, and quality-control procedures.
