The role leads asset development planning, optimizes capital allocation, and defines drill sequencing. You will perform detailed financial analyses and evaluate midstream opportunities to support development plans. Collaboration across disciplines is essential to build robust development strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• ABET EAC engineering program preferred, or PE license, or Master’s degree from ABET-accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Leads asset development planning and optimizes capital allocation.
• Defines well selection and sequencing of the drill schedule.
• Conducts detailed analysis of alternative development scenarios.
• Provides detailed analysis of midstream and commercial opportunities and ensures appropriate infrastructure investments to facilitate development plans.
• Combines aspects from all disciplines into a holistic development plan.
• Runs detailed financial models to evaluate investment decisions and opportunities across the business.
• Supports recurring forecast process.
• Builds development models to evaluate future growth opportunities.
• Evaluates non-op proposals.
• Conducts analysis of A&D opportunities.
• Performs detailed technical evaluations and provides recommendations to optimize asset development.
