ExxonMobil in Spring, Texas seeks an Advanced Reservoir Engineer to provide technical reservoir engineering leadership across unconventional asset development and operations. You will collaborate across geoscience, drilling, production, and facilities to maximize recovery and asset value while guiding safe, efficient execution.

You will mentor peers, lead complex studies, and deploy innovative technologies to improve reservoir performance and economics in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required - preferably Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical.
• 3–15 years of industry work experience in Unconventional Reservoir Engineering (Bakken, Permian, Eagle Ford, Scoop Stack, Appalachia, Haynesville, Utica, Woodford/Barnett, etc.)
• Demonstrated work experience in unconventional developments.
• Ability to complete decline curve analysis, develop drillwell locations, perform economic evaluations, and prepare area for reserve report review.
• Strong computer proficiency and familiar with industry software.
• Candidates should be self‑motivated and focused on achieving business results while working in a multi‑disciplinary team. Demonstrated teamwork, communication and leadership skills are essential
