Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis to perform monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting. The role analyzes operating expenses, builds financial models, and supports management with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in forecasting and budgeting, advanced Excel, and strong US GAAP knowledge. This role requires collaboration with department heads and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
3+ years of forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis.
Advanced Excel with financial modeling experience.
Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (PowerBI).

Responsibilities

Support the annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, and monthly account analysis.
Collaborate with department heads to understand operating expenses and report trends.
Analyze financial information to drive insights for business decisions.
Ensure accuracy of cost allocations and track expenses.
Refine financial models for budgeting and reporting.
Assist in quarterly management reporting package preparation.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounting teammates for timely data.
Drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
Handle ad-hoc analyses as needed.
